Discipline bucket for a horse’s most-recent rating. All-Weather is NOT a
race type — it is flat racing (raceType = FLAT) run on a synthetic
Race.surface (ALL_WEATHER / POLYTRACK / FIBRESAND / TAPETA / EQUITRACK), so
it is derived, not read from a single column.
