A sport-agnostic “this event changed” push (POD-821).
Emitted for the event’s own row and for any descendant row that joins up to
exactly one event. Containers do NOT cascade to their children, with two
deliberate exceptions: a motorsport race weekend also emits for its sessions
(matching eventActivity), and a meeting DELETE also emits for its races
(because that soft-deletes them with no per-race change_log row, so it is the
only way a by-id race subscriber ever learns).
version is the opaque, monotonically increasing change_log.id — treat it as
“did it increase?” only, to de-dupe.
sport only ever carries RACING, FOOTBALL, TENNIS, BASKETBALL or MOTORSPORT.
GOLF and CRICKET are members of SportCode with no data behind them, and F1
sessions report MOTORSPORT — the seeded sports.code — not F1.
Known gap: TENNIS_DRAW fires on draw rename/soft-delete only. The EnetPulse writer syncs tennis_draw_entries without logging a change, so bracket movement is invisible to this channel.
